👋 Bonjour, I’m Nathalie - founder of Cosmopoli'French, Melbourne’s premier immersive French school for Francophiles and culture lovers! We believe the best way to learn is the way you learned your first language - through immersion, connection, and community.

Immersion Course
We focus on authentic, real-world experiences rather than dull textbooks, allowing your language skills to thrive! From classic films and gourmet dining to French television, music, art, fashion, and personal interactions with native speakers, you’ll enjoy a comprehensive cultural journey while mastering grammar and vocabulary!
Week 1 (13 - 19 October)
Write Away in French
Discover the joy of expressing yourself in French through writing. From journaling to storytelling and personal reflections, this workshop is tailored for all levels - from curious beginners to more
experienced learners.
Week 2 (20–26 October)
Grammar Boot Camp
Tackle your grammatical dilemmas in this intensive boot camp. Cover many topics, from verb tenses to sentence structure, and get the tools to speak confidently
Week 3 (27 October – 2 November)
French for Travellers
Learn the must-know vocabulary for everyday travel scenarios, plus handy phrases to help you stay calm and confident when things take an unexpected turn!
Week 4 (3–9 November)
Mind the Gap
Expand your food vocabulary, discover iconic regional dishes, and pick up essential tips for
navigating a French menu with confidence. And of course, enjoy a taste of France along the way!

Join us for a relaxed and engaging session where we watch French short films and explore the language and culture they reveal. Through scene breakdowns, vocabulary exploration, and guided discussions, you’ll build confidence and improve your communication skills in French.
Week 8 (1-7 December)
Wander & Speak
Join us for a French-speaking walking tour through the vibrant streets of Melbourne! This unique experience invites you to (re)discover some of the city’s hidden gems while expanding your vocabulary and sharpening your descriptive skills in French.
Week 9 (8-13 December)
The French Quiz Challenge
Put your French knowledge to the test with a lively quiz covering language, culture, and fun facts. Play in teams, enjoy some friendly competition, and celebrate your progress with fellow French enthusiasts.

Are all Cosmopoli'French teachers French native speakers?
Absolutely!
What is the maximum number of students in a class?
Cosmopoli'French offers small group lessons with a maximum of 8 students to provide the best learning environment.
How long does the class go for?
Our students attend one class a week (for 9 weeks) and each class goes for 1.5hr.
How do I know what level class to take?
Can I change level in the middle of the term?
Yes, If you realise after a few classes that the level you initially chose is either too easy or too difficult, feel free to address the situation with your teacher and you will be able to change classes (depending on availabilities)
What happens if I miss a class?
We offer all our members the opportunity to attend make up classes if they happen to miss one or multiple sessions (depending on availabilities)
What is the difference between the Premium and the Essential Package?
The Premium package includes catering and tickets for any other extra activities that will take place outside Cosmopoli’French premises. Members who choose the Essential pack will be paying for their meals and drinks at the restaurant on the day of the workshop.
